I can't connect to Parsyl devices via Bluetooth, what should I do?

Parsyl devices communicate to your phone and with each other via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). If you have trouble connecting, try the following steps.

 

Step by Step

Your mobile phone uses Bluetooth to connect to Parsyl devices. Bluetooth connectivity on your phone does not always connect automatically. Please try these steps to connect.

1) Is Bluetooth on?

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Bluetooth, and turn it on.
  3. Try to connect to the Parsyl device.

Still not connecting? Continue to the next step.

2) Turn Bluetooth Off and On

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Bluetooth, and turn it off. 
  3. Wait a few seconds and then turn Bluetooth back on.
  4. Try to connect to the Parsyl device.

Still not connecting? Continue to the next step.

3) Restart the Parsyl App
  1. Close the Parsyl App.
  2. Wait a few seconds, then reopen the Parsyl App.
  3. Try to connect to the Parsyl device.

4) Turn Phone Off and On
  1. Turn your phone off.
  2. Wait a few seconds and then turn your phone back on.
  3. Open the Parsyl App.
  4. Try to connect to the Parsyl device.
