Parsyl Administrators can create Alarm Causes and Resolutions for Assets. Alarm Causes and Resolutions help users document issues that caused temperature alarms and document the solutions.
Step by Step
- Log into the Parsyl Web Application.
- Select Administration.
- Select Alarm Causes and Resolutions.
- Select Manage.
- Select Causes and Resolutions you wish to configure for your company.
- To add a custom cause or resolution, click Custom.
- Enter a Resolution Name.
- Select Save.
- Select Save again.
