How do I manage alarm causes and resolutions?

Parsyl Administrators can create Alarm Causes and Resolutions for Assets. Alarm Causes and Resolutions help users document issues that caused temperature alarms and document the solutions.

Step by Step

  1. Log into the Parsyl Web Application
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Select Alarm Causes and Resolutions.
  4. Select Manage.
  5. Select Causes and Resolutions you wish to configure for your company.
  6. To add a custom cause or resolution, click Custom.
  7. Enter a Resolution Name.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Select Save again.
