      How do I create a Shipment in the Android App?

      Creating a shipment allows you to access data from a Trek device when it is uploaded to the Parsyl Web Application. 

        Step by Step

        1. Open the Parsyl mobile app.
        2. Login to Parsyl.
        3. Navigate to Shipments
        4. Select + New Shipment.
        5. Enter the shipment details
          • Mandatory fields are Shipment Name, Origin, and Destination.
          • If a new start or end location needs to be added, please reach out to Parsyl.
        6. Select Add Trek.
        7. Scan or select the Trek ID to associate the device that will be included in the shipment.
          • The Trek ID can be found on the back of the device
          • You can go back and edit any of this information at any time 
        8. Select Create Shipment.

        Note: This feature is not yet available for iOS users. For users operating on iOS systems, please create Shipments on the Parsyl Web App.

        Note: This functionality requires a Parsyl account. If you need an account created, please reach out to your company's administrator or contact support@parsyl.com if your company does not have an administrator account yet.
