      How do I check the alarm status of my Trek Pro? What do the colors mean?

      Once a shipment arrives, you can see if there is an alarm or if a temperature excursion happened. Anyone can do this, no log in is required.

      Step by Step

      1. Press and release the button in the middle of the Trek Pro to view status.
      2. The color of the button in the middle indicates the excursion status:
        1. Green: no issue recorded.
        2. Yellow: a warning recorded.
        3. Red: an alarm recorded.
