      How do I change the Alarm Thresholds (Product Profile) on a Trek Pro?

      Update Product Profiles on Trek Pro’s using your mobile device.

      Step by Step

      1. Log into the Parsyl mobile app. 
      2. Tap QR code in the top right corner of the Parsyl mobile app.
      3. Scan the QR code on the back of the Trek Pro.
      4. Tap menu icon in top right corner.
        • If the device is already associated with a shipment or asset, select Trek Details
        • Select Menuagain
      5. Select Update product type
      6. Select the desired Product Profile
      7. Selected Product Profile will automatically be applied.
      8. The Trek LED light will quickly flash green 3 times to indicate the process is complete.

      Note #1: If a customized product profile is desired, reach out to your Parsyl account manager.

      Note #2: This feature is not feasible for Trek Tab devices.
